BiNA Alimentari's General Manager, Rachel Giannotti, is a Boston-area native who has recently returned to the city after several years in the Midwest. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, her most recent retail experience was at Savenor’s Market. She has cooked in restaurants and worked as a personal chef. Rachel’s excitement about food and customer service is infectious, and she takes great pride in finding unique and exciting items for the alimentari.
